Lauren Lysek Yoga

The Space
Between.

Based in Dallas.
I focus on the intelligent
dialogue of movement.

A quiet approach to modern movement.

Movement has the power to quiet the mind, strengthen the body, and bring us back to what matters most. My classes are rooted in the belief that yoga doesn’t need to be rushed or performed, it simply asks us to be present. Through intentional breath, thoughtful sequencing, and mindful alignment, each practice creates space to move with purpose and cultivate a deeper connection to yourself.

I teach Vinyasa with a focus on building strong foundations, exploring movement with curiosity, and making each class accessible without sacrificing depth. You’ll find opportunities to challenge yourself, moments to slow down, and encouragement to listen to your body every step of the way.

My hope is that what you cultivate on your mat extends far beyond the studio, supporting you with greater strength, balance, and presence in everyday life.

About me

A practice I carry into life.

I have practiced yoga for more than a decade. I grew up in Texas, and my path took me to Boulder, Colorado, where I spent two years in the mountains and completed my 200-hour Vinyasa teacher training.

For me, yoga extends beyond the physical. It brings clarity and intention to everyday life. I meet seasoned practitioners and curious beginners where they are, inviting each student to carry the practice beyond the mat.
